Moving to the Netherlands is exciting. Finding a place to live can be stressful — especially when you are hundreds or thousands of kilometres away.
At VeriRent, we provide independent, on-the-ground rental verification for people who cannot be there themselves. When you ask us to verify a property, a trained local inspector visits the address on your behalf.
We document what is physically observed through photographs, video, and a structured verification report. Every verification is linked to a specific property, date, time, and inspector.
What we verify:
· Physical existence of the property
· Address and building details
· Visible interior condition
· Key features shown in the listing
· Visible warning signs and inconsistencies
What we do NOT promise:
· We do not guarantee ownership or legal validity.
· We do not guarantee the landlord's identity.
· We do not guarantee that circumstances will remain unchanged after our visit.
· Our report reflects what was physically observed during the specific visit — and nothing more.
