You find a rental listing in the Netherlands that you are considering.
Find a property
Contact the landlord or agent and explain that you would like an independent VeriRent visit before paying a deposit or advance rent. We provide a ready-to-send request message.
Request permission
Once the landlord or agent gives written permission for the visit, choose the appropriate VeriRent service and submit your request securely.
Choose & Book
A VeriRent inspector visits the property. You receive an evidence report with photos, video, visit timestamp, location, and a completed checklist.
Visit & Evidence
Operational note: Visit scheduling and report delivery depend on written permission, property location, access, and inspector availability.

Premium Due Diligence
€180 incl. 21% VAT
Includes Physical Verification scope plus additional visual documentation and a live video option where operationally available and agreed in advance. Not a legal contract review or technical inspection.
Corporate Relocation
€240 incl. 21% VAT
For companies relocating employees to the Netherlands. For business clients, the invoice will show net amount + VAT separately according to applicable rules.
Final scope and delivery requirements are confirmed in writing before booking. All consumer prices are shown in euros and include 21% VAT. Service scope, cancellation, withdrawal rights, delivery targets, and refund terms are governed by the Terms and Conditions shown at checkout.
